Favorite Meals

Each week we give a resident/staff member the ability to choose their favorite meal to serve to all of the residents.    Many interesting meals have been served and our horizons have been expanded. Here is an example of one Staff Favorite Meal
	French Onion Soup:    Caramelized onions cooked in a beef broth seasoned with Sherry
Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef Burgundy) served with Calico Tomato Salad :   Beef Burgundy, a classic French favorite of beef stewed in Burgundy and finished with onions, mushrooms, and bacon.   Served over rice.   Calico Tomato salad is a refreshing spring salad of fresh tomatoes zucchini and yellow pepper tossed in a tangy vinaigrette.
	Tiramisu:    An Italian favorite! Lady fingers kissed with coffee, layered with whipped mascorpone cheese and custard, topped with whipped cream and garnished with a sprinkling of cocoa.
