Harvest Dinner

Each thanksgiving we have a Harvest Dinner where we invite residents families in and treat them to a nice buffet. The 2006 pictures and the Menu are below
Our 2006 Harvest Dinner Buffet
	Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail:    Jumbo shrimp served on ice with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
Smoked Pork Loin Platter:   Home cured and smoked pork loin served with crackers.
	Fruit Bowl:    An assortment of fresh fruit served in a carved hubbard squash bowl.
Dessert Display:    An assortment of homemade desserts including pumpkin cream cheeselayered dessert, mini pecan pie, mincemeat tartlets. Also served, but not pictured, was chocolate fudge cake and steamed cranberry pudding.
